Agreement. Despina is provided by Codesseum Yapay Zeka Çözümleri Yazılım Mobil Uygulama Dijital Oyun Bilişim Eğitim Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi. By using the app you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older.
Service. Despina uses AI to generate images and edit your photo based on the category and options you choose. Results are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, unexpected or differ from your request. Images may carry an "AI-generated" label and the provider's invisible watermark (SynthID); you must not remove them.
Your own photo. Upload only photos of yourself or of people who have all given permission. You may not upload photos of public figures, children or anyone who has not consented.
Prohibited use. You may not create, edit or share: nudity or sexual content; any inappropriate content involving minors; content that demeans or sexualizes a real person or places them in a fake scene presented as real (deepfakes); hate, violence or harassment; illegal activity; content infringing copyright, trademark or personality rights; fake documents or images for deception or fraud. Such requests are refused and no credits are charged. Repeated violations lead to temporary or permanent account suspension.
Content rights. You keep the rights to content you upload and grant us only the limited licence needed to provide the service. You may use images you generate for personal and commercial purposes, provided you comply with these terms and the law; we do not guarantee that AI output is protected by copyright in every country.
Public sharing (community). Images you post are public. Posts pass automated and human moderation; we may remove content that breaks these rules without notice. You can report and block content and users in the app; we aim to review reports within 24 hours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display your post in the app until you delete it.
Credits and subscription. Each image uses credits; the amount is shown on the Generate button. If generation fails, times out or is cancelled, credits are refunded. Free credits are one-time. Pro renews automatically monthly or yearly; the yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial and we remind you 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Subscription credits reset at the end of each period and do not roll over; credit pack credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cancellations and refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules and are managed in your store account settings.
Limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages; our direct liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Termination. You may delete your account at any time. We may close your account if you breach these terms.
Changes and governing law. We will notify you in the app of changes. Turkish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
